Lost property without public phone numbers

The private label that helps school gear come home.

A finder scans the QR label and sends a useful return message through TapBack. Your family's email and phone number stay off the item and off the public finder page.

  • No public contact detailsMessages pass through TapBack.

How it works

One short return loop.

1

Name the label

Use a simple item name such as blue bottle, blazer or library bag.

2

A finder scans

They see a TapBack message form—not your personal email or phone number.

3

You get the alert

The message says where the item is so you can arrange pickup through the usual school channel.

Concrete product proof

See the label, finder page and alert.

This is a clearly labelled demonstration built from TapBack's current label and application interface—not a testimonial or customer claim.

Privacy promise

Useful labels, without oversharing.

Finder pages show what helps an item get home, not the family's private contact details. TapBack uses parent consent and minimal data. Read the Privacy Policy.

FAQ

Clear answers before you join the list.

Can I buy the founding pass or enrol in the pilot now?

No. The A$79 lifetime price is only for the initial pilot, and pilot enrolment and payment remain on hold pending further direction from school leadership. If the pilot proceeds, TapBack will confirm the authorised enrolment process; the price will retire when the pilot ends.

Can I choose a monthly family plan now?

No. A$29, A$34 and A$39 per month are planned capped-launch testing prices, not open offers. Joining the list does not reserve a plan or lock in a price.

What does the next-intake form collect?

Only your email and consent to receive intake updates. It is not pilot registration or approval, does not reserve a place or pack, takes no payment or delivery details, and makes no delivery promise.

Will finders see my details?

No. Finder messages pass through TapBack; family email and phone details are not shown on the public page.

How would launch packs be delivered?

Domestic Express Post is planned to be included, subject to final pack-fit testing for each kit size. Final shipping terms will be shown before any plan opens.

What if a pilot tag needs replacing?

During the pilot, physical reprints, replacements and digital reissues are free. Contact info@tapback.school; requests are handled manually.

Do monthly plans replace Founding Family?

No. Existing Founding Family purchasers keep their accepted A$79 one-off terms. Their accounts do not renew or convert to a monthly plan.

Are school and shop programmes open?

They are enquiry-only testing options. There is no institutional or partner checkout; TapBack confirms scope, responsibilities and terms first.

What is the refund policy?

There are no change-of-mind refunds. Initial pilot purchasers receive a full refund if TapBack ceases operating within 12 months of their purchase, and Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.

Email updates only

Hear when TapBack has a confirmed next step.

The school-family pilot remains on hold pending further direction from school leadership. Leave your email for a single-purpose update only; this is not pilot registration or approval, does not reserve a place or tag pack, takes no payment, and makes no delivery promise.

  • No card or delivery address required
  • No pilot enrolment, pack reservation or payment
