Check availability

Questions, answered.

Useful details before you choose your tags.

Can I buy TapBack now?

Customer orders are currently unavailable. We are not accepting payments or reservations.

Does a finder need an app?

No. A finder scans the QR tag with an ordinary modern phone and opens a short web form.

Will a finder see my contact details?

No. TapBack routes the message without showing your family's email address or phone number on the public finder page.

Does TapBack need my child's name or school?

No. The family account belongs to an adult. You can use practical item descriptions such as "navy drink bottle" without creating a child, class or school profile.

Can two adults receive alerts?

Yes. The account owner remains in control and can invite a second trusted adult through a private verification flow.

Does the plan renew automatically?

No automatic renewal. Confirm the service period and renewal terms before purchase.

What can I tag?

The mixed kit is designed for bags, bottles, lunch gear, garments, device sleeves, instrument cases and other everyday family items. Follow the attachment instructions for each format.

Does TapBack guarantee an item will come back?

No lost-property product can guarantee that. TapBack gives an honest finder a quick, private way to send a useful return message.
